Hillary Prokop has more than 10 years of experience as a transactional lawyer. Prior to joining Raines Feldman LLP, Hillary was associated with the Los Angeles law firms of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis as well as Cox, Castle & Nicholson.
Hillary has drafted and negotiated over 500 office, retail and industrial leasing transactions on behalf of various landlords and tenants in California and other states, including ground leases, telecommunications agreements, sale-leaseback transactions, restaurant leases on behalf of numerous franchisees of a national restaurant company, and several 100,000+ foot office leases.
