Raines Feldman has signed a 13,000-square-foot, 11-year lease on the 22nd floor at 1350 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown. 1350 Avenue of the Americas is a 35-story, 601,000-square-foot boutique office building on the corner of 55th Street.  Read more about the deal here and here.
