Adriana Galindo is a labor and employment trial attorney and litigator. Adriana concentrates her practice on individual and class action wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, racial and sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. She handles all aspects of employment cases from inception through trial.

Adriana also has a recognized practice in providing sexual harassment training seminars in both English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Raines Feldman, Adriana was an associate at Lathrop & Gage, LLP. During law school, she volunteered for Bet Tzedek Legal Services in Los Angeles, and continues to contribute legal services to Bet Tzedek’s low-income individuals and families on a pro bono basis.

Significant Engagements
  • Achieved a complete dismissal, with prejudice, of a case brought against a recognized restaurant chain alleging a claim under the Private Attorneys General Act.
  • Successfully defended as second chair an arbitration of a prominent plastic surgeon sued for numerous claims, including pregnancy discrimination, disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.
  • Together with her colleague obtained a complete defense jury verdict in a pregnancy and wrongful termination trial brought against a real estate owner and developer where the jury reached its decision in less than 30 minutes.
