Allison S. Wallin is an experienced trial attorney and litigator handling complex and high stakes cases in federal courts across the country and in California and Washington state courts through trial and appeal. She also regularly has matters in arbitration forums including JAMS.

Allison has been defending companies in class actions for nearly two decades, primarily in the wage and hour and consumer protection areas. Allison handled a federal class action through jury verdict for one of the world's largest employers. She has also represented privately held and public companies in federal court with respect to complex federal patent, trademark, copyright, employment, and commercial litigation. Allison’s clients come from various industries including hospitality; retail; fashion and garment manufacturing, and heavy construction equipment manufacturing.

Prior to joining Raines Feldman LLP, Allison was an attorney with a national intellectual property boutique firm, and a partner at a major Pacific Northwest law firm.
