Overview
Austin Clarke represents corporate clients and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes internal and regulatory investigations. His practice spans class actions, governmental inquiries involving the SEC, DOJ, and state attorneys general, and sensitive workplace and ethics investigations. Austin brings deep experience in strategy development, discovery and e-discovery management, motion practice, and witness preparation—skills honed at leading international law firms and refined during his clerkship at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to joining our firm, Austin practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and Debevoise & Plimpton, serving clients across technology, professional services, finance, and nonprofit sectors.
