Danny’s practice focuses on complex transactions covering mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital markets involving equity and debt, joint ventures, private equity, emerging growth, and venture capital. He also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

While in law school, Danny was a member of the Transactional Negotiation Team where he was a Tournament Finalist. He was also a member of the International Human Rights Center where he drafted a petition to the United Nations on the death penalty on behalf of a client. Danny was a research assistant to Professor Therese Maynard where he researched issues relating to business law. He also served as President for the Loyola Law School Business Law Society.
