Overview
David C. Klein has over thirty-five years of experience in real estate law, including acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing. He represents numerous real estate developers and operators in both local and national developments, negotiating complex transactions relating to the development, acquisition, construction, leasing, financing, defeasance and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial, multi-family and other commercial developments. Mr. Klein has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and loan documents involving owners and operators of real property.
