Elaine Chang is a labor and employment law attorney concentrating on individual and class action wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, racial and sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Elaine also assists clients with pre-hire compliance matters such as background check screening and adverse action letters.

Prior to joining Raines Feldman LLP, Elaine specialized in securities class action litigation. Elaine also externed for the Honorable Gary A. Feess in the Central District of California and completed a fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates. Prior to becoming an attorney, Elaine worked at a big four accounting firm and with the marketing and product management team at a boutique investment management firm.

Elaine is actively involved in the community and with local bar associations. As a member of UCLA Law Women LEAD’s Student Engagement Committee, Co-Chair of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles’ Young Lawyers Section, and a law student mentor, Elaine also seeks to build relationships with fellow attorneys and law students and to help them with their professional development. Elaine is also involved in volunteer and pro bono work to help underserved communities with various legal clinics and community organizations.
