Eric guides clients in the development of unique transactions and new financial products, including structured products, derivatives and insurance-related securities. In addition, he has substantial experience in bankruptcy and restructuring and played a significant role in cutting-edge litigation involving the treatment of structured products and derivatives in bankruptcy.
Eric received his juris doctorate from Harvard Law School (magna cum laude), where he was a member of the Harvard Law Review, and his bachelor-of-arts degree from Harvard College (summa cum laude), where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
