Johnathan is an associate in the corporate finance and M&A group. He has extensive experience with entity formations, venture capital financings, debt offerings, corporate governance, securities issuances, intellectual property transactions, joint venture agreements, equity compensation matters and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to working at Raines Feldman Littrell, Johnathan worked at small corporate boutiques and a patent prosecution firm, where he served clients at all stages of their business life cycle. Johnathan earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as the co-managing editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to practicing law, Johnathan was an engineer.
