Overview
Marshal Wilke is a partner at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP, where he focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. He brings extensive experience to leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases for retail, industrial, and office properties nationwide. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the leasing of more than five million square feet of commercial space.
In addition to leasing, Marshal represents clients in the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of commercial properties across the United States. He is known for his ability to manage complex deals from start to finish, guiding clients through negotiation, due diligence, and documentation with a practical, business-minded approach.
Marshal has also developed a niche representing clients in the cannabis industry, including owners, operators, and tenants of cannabis-related properties. He has advised on transactions involving over $200 million in cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail assets, and has helped a publicly traded cannabis company lease, entitle, and operate more than 30 dispensaries nationwide.
Previously, Marshal worked at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith and Goodkin & Lynch LLP, where he represented public agencies, developers, and investors in both transactional and litigation matters.
