Marshal Wilke

Marshal Wilke is a partner at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP focusing on real estate matters.

Marshal has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on representing landlords and tenants in the process of leasing retail, industrial, and office properties. Over the course of his career, Marshal has represented clients in the process of leasing over five million square feet of commercial space, ranging from industrial facilities to luxury stores on Rodeo Drive.

In addition to leasing matters, Marshal has represented clients in acquiring, financing, developing, and selling commercial properties nationwide. Clients rely on Marshal to manage the negotiation, due diligence, and documentation phases of their transactions.

Marshal’s practice includes representing owners, operators, and tenants of property involved in the cannabis industry. Recent deals include representing a real estate investment trust through the process of acquiring over $200 million worth of cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail properties across the United States, as well as representing a publicly-traded cannabis retailer through the process of leasing, entitling, and operating over 30 cannabis dispensaries for medical and adult use.

Prior to joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Marshal was a senior associate at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in the firm’s real estate practice group, primarily representing public agencies. He also previously worked at Goodkin & Lynch LLP, representing developers and real estate investors in various transactional and litigation matters.
