Michael’s practice focuses on business litigation and transactional matters. Michael is fluent in both English and Korean.
Since graduating from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, Michael has had the opportunity to work for the federal government, private enterprises, and nonprofit organizations in fields ranging from law to technology consulting. Among these experiences includes a post-graduate fellowship with Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility practicing labor and employment law and a position with the U.S. Small Business Administration. During law school, he was Interval Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, a member of the Review of Law and Social Justice, as well as a student attorney with the USC Immigration Clinic.
