Nicole Kardassakis is skilled in defending employers in all stages of employment actions.  Her practice ranges from single-plaintiff lawsuits to class and representative actions. She has experience defending employers against discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour, and Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) claims. Clients praise Nicole’s responsiveness and multidisciplinary approach to employment disputes.

Nicole is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of Harvard Law & Policy Review. While in law school, Nicole also served on the article selection committee for the Harvard Human Rights Journal, and received the Dean’s Scholar Award in the American Jury course.  An active participant in her community, Nicole  volunteers for and serves on the Board of Directors of the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law. She is also a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.  When she’s not in the office, Nicole can be found experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen, enjoying the latest titles in contemporary fiction, or caring for orchids she has rescued from various friends and family.
