Robert is an experienced attorney with a diverse background representing and advising a variety of clients, such as corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, committees, trustees, receivers, mediators, landlords, principals, and asset bidders and purchasers, with respect to financially distressed situations and complex commercial litigation across a range of matters and industries.

Prior to joining Raines Feldman Littrell, he was in private practice in the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department of a well-known New York mid-sized law firm. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan S. Trust and the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Robert holds an LL.M. in Bankruptcy and is a former editor-in-chief for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He has been a contributing author and editor for one of the largest organizations for bankruptcy and restructuring professionals.
