Susan Harrison is Senior Counsel at the firm, in the Litigation, Trials and Dispute Resolution departments. Over her 40+ year career, Susan has established extensive courtroom/ trial experience in complex business, real estate, trust and employment litigation. Susan has been lead or sole counsel in numerous jury and non-jury trials covering a broad range of legal matters, and obtained many successful verdicts in federal and state courts, appeals and arbitrations.
Susan represents individuals and privately held companies, with her practice focusing on high level business and real estate litigation. She has significant experience with contracts, trusts, partnerships, joint ventures, real estate, construction and employment matters. Susan is a consummate trial lawyer who vigorously protects clients’ interests in order to meet their litigation objectives. She also has a reputation for conducting agile yet flexible negotiations leading to reasonable compromise and resolution of disputes when appropriate, through mediation and otherwise.
