Rami and Bill counsel major social media companies, prominent entertainment companies and entertainment industry figures, and legendary musicians and other content creators on a wide variety of matters in connection with their contracts, business formation, joint ventures, partnership agreements, publishing, rights acquisition and clearance, licensing, litigation, and copyright and trademark protection.

RAMI S. YANNI / Los Angeles

Rami is an attorney with nearly 30 years of experience advising multinational companies, emerging growth companies and individuals. His expertise comprises intellectual property transactions, licensing, portfolio strategy and management, enforcement and anti-piracy matters.

Rami has negotiated hundreds of license, distribution, purchase and sale agreements for clients from a wide range of industries, including motion picture, television, music, and e-commerce, and has represented major motion picture studios and television networks in copyright and trademark matters. Rami was previously the Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Saban Brands where he negotiated more than 500 merchandise and retail license agreements and content license, acquisition, and distribution agreements worldwide for entertainment and lifestyle properties, including Power Rangers, Paul Frank, and Cirque du Soleil Junior: Luna Petunia.

Bill Hochberg



Bill Hochberg specializes in music and media law with a commitment to excellent results for clients. As a recognized thought leader, Bill writes regularly in Forbes and other pre-eminent publications, and he speaks at worldwide music and media conferences such as South-by-Southwest and Midem.  For fun, Bill plays some jazz guitar in the Twilight Tones and billeeto.
