Moseley is representing Nice North America LLC, a manufacturer of home-automation systems, in a denial-of-coverage lawsuit where the employment practices insurance policy provided coverage for the costs of defending the policyholder against any wrongful employment claims by past, present or prospective employees. AXA XL Insurance is asking a California federal judge to send a denial-of-coverage lawsuit to arbitration, citing an arbitration requirement in the policy at issue and adding that U.K. courts should have jurisdiction.
