Partner Phillip Maltin will be speaking on January 27, 2021, at the American Conference Institute’s annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance Conference on best practices for a safe return to work. 

The program surveys federal and state law on such diverse issues as (i) whether a business my require its employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccine before returning to the workplace, (ii) how a business can protect itself against public nuisance lawsuits, and (ii) what an employer must do to avoid discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower claims.
