On September 19, 2012, Konrad Gatien, Co-Chair of intellectual property at Raines Feldman, in conjunction with the Beverly Hills Bar Association and JAMS, moderated an intriguing look at Protecting Content Through Branding. The panelists participating in the presentation included Heather Kamins of CAA, Monique Cheng Joe of NBCUniversal, Mark Fleischer of Fleischer Studios, and Polly Wood of Reputation.com.
