Seth A. Nayowitz
Seth A. Nayowitz is an associate in the real estate department, focusing on real estate purchase and sale, financing and leasing transactions.
Prior to joining Raines Feldman LLP, Seth interned at Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel in New York City and for Judge Faith S. Hochberg at the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Before law school, Seth worked for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in their civil rights department, monitoring civil rights abuses on college campuses across the United States.
At UCLA School of Law, Seth was a managing editor of the International Law Journal and was a participating member of the Jewish Law Student’s Society as well as the Law Student Alliance for Israel.
Seth is passionate about outreach and volunteer work and in 2012 and 2014 he participated in long distance bike rides under the auspices of The Friendship Circle to raise awareness for children with physical disabilities - one ride began in Pacific Palisades, CA and ended in McCook, NE and the other Columbus, OH to New York City. Seth has also traveled to El Salvador with the American Jewish World Service to provide much needed humanitarian assistance and meet with local NGOs.
