In addition to self-actualization, we also empower our professionals to improve and shape the Firm. We strongly encourage team members at all levels to join one of our several management committees including the RF Recruiting Committee (RFRC), RF Marketing Committee (RFMC), the RF Diversity & Inclusion Committee (RFDIC) and the RF Sustainability & Community Committee (RFSCC).  Below are just a few examples of successful committee led initiatives within the Firm: 

  1. Providing free Yoga classes for all team members every Wednesday evening to relieve stress, break up the week and promote personal wellness;
  2. Weekend spin classes hosted by one of the Firm’s Founding Partners;
  3. Healthy snacks and refreshments provided for all team members in the “RF Cantina” daily;
  4. Pushing to reduce the Firm’s environmental footprint by replacing plastic bottles with RF branded insulated water bottles and significantly reducing paper consumption by early adopting digital many applications early on;
  5. Promoting diversity and inclusion through firm sponsored events, workshops and recruiting.
