Prior to Raines Feldman Littrell LLP, Bradfield was an associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP representing private equity firms, public companies, venture-backed startups, and entertainment clients in transactional and corporate matters, including asset sales, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, sponsorships, endorsements, equity investments, and debt financings. Bradfield began his career in entertainment as an artist manager and producer.
