Bradfield focuses his practice on negotiating and drafting recording, distribution, licensing and publishing agreements, songwriter agreements, producer agreements, touring agreements, sponsorship and endorsement agreements, synchronization licenses for film, TV and digital content, joint venture agreements, debt and equity financings, and advising on general corporate matters. Committed to practical problem solving, Bradfield enjoys helping clients navigate unprecedented business and intellectual property issues at the everchanging intersection of entertainment and technology.

 

Prior to Raines Feldman Littrell LLP, Bradfield was a transactional associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP supporting private equity firms, public companies, venture-backed startups, and entertainment talent as general outside counsel in complex transactions, including asset sales, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, sponsorships and endorsements, and debt and equity financings. Bradfield began his career in music and entertainment as an artist manager and producer.
