
Overview
Jian Manganti focuses her practice on a broad range of real estate and corporate transactions. Her practice is devoted to representing clients in real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and financing of hotel, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-used properties. Jian also represents hotel owners and third-party hotel operators in drafting and negotiating agreements related to the management, licensing, and purchase and sale of hotel assets. She regularly represents clients on their most strategic and complex real estate, hospitality, and business counseling transactions providing critical experience on vital financing and corporate matters for successful results.
Prior to joining private practice in 2021, she served as legal intern for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and the City of Pittsburgh Law Department. During her time at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Jian served as a certified legal intern in the Environmental Law Clinic where she assisted clients with various land-use issues. She also served as a legal fellow in the Pitt Law Post Graduate Fellowship Matching Program, where she assisted with business and nonprofit entity formation and various transactional matters.
