Jian C. Manganti

Ms. Manganti focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate transactions within the hospitality industry. Her practice is devoted to representing hotel owners and third-party hotel operators in drafting and negotiating agreements related to the management, licensing, and purchase and sale of hotel assets. She regularly represents clients on their most strategic and complex hospitality and business counseling transactions providing critical experience on vital financing and corporate matters for successful results.

Prior to joining private practice in 2021, she served as legal intern for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and the City of Pittsburgh Law Department. During her time at Pitt Law, Ms. Manganti was a certified legal intern in the Environmental Law Clinic where she assisted clients with various land-use issues. She also served as a legal fellow in the Pitt Law Post Graduate Fellowship Matching Program, where she assisted with business and nonprofit entity formation and various transactional matters.
