JOSHUA WILLIAMS is an associate in the Complex Litigation Practice Group at Raines Feldman Littrell. Josh’s practice includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of complex business, commercial, and intellectual property litigation, including high-stakes contract disputes, real estate actions, trade secret misappropriation, fraud claims, appeals, and numerous other litigation matters.
Josh has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, focusing on strategy, high-level briefing, and aggressive pre-lawsuit tactics to ensure swift resolution at the minimum expense. Besides litigation, Josh is involved in various corporate and transactional matters as well as business-focused counseling.
Before joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Josh worked at a Los Angeles firm where he focused on legal malpractice suits, malicious prosecution cases, contract dispute litigation, and anti-SLAPP work. He was also a law clerk at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office of General Counsel and a Saks Institute Scholar.
