Kyra E. Andrassy is a partner at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP, where she specializes in insolvency law and fiduciary representation. She represents chapter 11 debtors, chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, purchasers of assets from bankruptcy estates, assignees and assignors in assignments for the benefit of creditors, federal and state court receivers, and borrowers in out-of-court workouts. Kyra is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and receivership topics.
Prior to joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Kyra was a partner at Smiley Wang-Ekvall, LLP. From September 1998 until September 2000, Kyra served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable John E. Ryan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California and a member of the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Kyra obtained her law degree from Loyola Law School, where she was an editor of the Loyola Law Review.
