Overview
Manuel A. Valle is a corporate associate at Raines Feldman Littrell. He represents public, private, and emerging companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other corporate matters.
Manuel regularly works with startups and emerging growth companies on formation, financing, and governance, and advises them on the legal and strategic issues that arise as they grow. He also counsels public companies on securities law compliance, including SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance.
Before joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Manuel practiced at a prominent global law firm in New York City, where he represented clients in complex corporate transactions across industries. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. During law school, Manuel interned for the Honorable Anne M. Burke of the Illinois Supreme Court, First Judicial District.
