Manuel is a corporate associate at Raines Feldman Littrell. He has experience representing public, private, and emerging companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and intellectual property matters. Manuel also regularly advises clients on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Manuel practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP. Manuel earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Anne M. Burke in the Illinois Supreme Court for the First Judicial District.
