Marshall T. Snow is an Associate in Raines Feldman Littrell’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate group.
Mr. Snow focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets, subsidized residential housing, and the representation of developers and commercial landlords. He has represented banks and borrowers in commercial finance, and specialty lending, including property tax lien financing. He has particular experience helping clients to successfully navigate real estate transactions financed through federal, state and local government subsidies, programs and grants. He also frequently assists with development planning, zoning and leasing matters, as well as environmental assessments and other land use concerns.
