Rebecca Avrutin Foley is a trial and appellate attorney with experience in a broad array of commercial litigation matters, including business partnership disputes, complex contract disputes, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty actions, intellectual property actions and defamation and regulatory matters. Rebecca has experience handling matters from start to finish – including overseeing discovery, first-chairing trials, and negotiating business resolutions.

Rebecca advises large and small corporations, as well as principals, partners, and corporate executives.

Rebecca also manages the firm’s Pro Bono program and oversees the firm’s pro bono practice. Rebecca serves as the liaison to legal service organizations and develops pro bono opportunities and projects for attorneys at the firm. Since joining Raines, Rebecca focuses her own pro bono practice on representing victims of human trafficking seeking to vacate criminal convictions which were a result of their victimization and advising artists involved in disputes relating to their art.

Rebecca is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of the State of New York and the New York City Bar Association.
