Sami Kazi is a music and entertainment associate with a focus on the legal and business interests of recording artists, songwriters, producers, managers, agents, and other entertainment-industry clients. In addition to music, he handles trademark and copyright issues for clients involved in fields from entertainment and mobile apps to blockchain technology.
Sami’s legal experience includes negotiating label, publishing, distribution, and endorsement deals for artists, athletes, and influencers. He also provides counsel to music management, sports agencies and tech companies in commercial, IP licensing, entertainment-contract, and corporate matters.
He also externed for Honorable Judge Andrew J. Guilford (ret.) in the Central District of California.
When he is not working, Sami’s interests include Super Smash Bros and Blockchain.
