Spencer Kelly is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP. He has experience with complex commercial issues and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Raines Feldman Littrell, Spencer worked as the Principal Law Clerk to Hon. Andrew Borrok in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, New York County, where he worked in complex commercial cases involving the Securities Act of 1933, residential mortgage-backed securities, antitrust, breach of contract, corporate divorce, real estate, insurance disputes, and other matters. He previously worked as a Commercial Division Law Clerk to Hon. Marcy Friedman and Hon. Deborah Kaplan. Before his work in the New York State Court System, Spencer worked as in-house counsel at The Education Insurance Corporation.
