Yael Hartstein specializes in real estate, business and construction law.  She represents individuals and small business owners as well as corporate clients with regional and worldwide business interests in the negotiation and documentation of complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, and licensing and leasing of both commercial and residential property.

Yael’s experience includes representation of restaurateurs entering into licensing, management, and consulting agreements on a worldwide basis, representation of a major dental management company in a regional leasing and acquisition program; and representation of a non-profit religious organization in a series of multi-million dollar dispositions of its headquarters facility.  Ms. Hartstein represents property owners and construction and design industry professionals in every stage of the design and construction process, including both commercial and residential construction projects.

Yael represents and advises doctors and medical industry professionals in a variety of real estate and business matters, including the leasing and subleasing of medical suites.  Ms. Hartstein authored “Subleasing: A Strategy to Reduce Overhead, Increase Profitability,” appearing in Ocular Surgery News.

Prior to working at Raines Feldman Littrell, Yael was Senior Counsel at Rosenfeld, Wolff & Klein, where she specialized in real estate, business and construction law.
