This webinar will survey the scientific techniques used to recognize liars and focus on how to effectively deal with them once they are identified.  We’ll discuss how to expose, and counter lies regarding (i) unpaid wages when working from home, (ii) unreceived meal and rest breaks, (iii) travel to unsafe regions during the pandemic, and (iv) harassment, retaliation and discrimination.

Speaker’s Biography

Phillip Maltin is the Chair of the Commercial and Employment Risk Control Department, and a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Raines Feldman LLP.  He is an expert in employment law and litigation.  Phil is also an instructor in the Trial Advocacy Project, and a Southern California Super Lawyer.
