Raines Feldman Littrell Litigation Partner Miles Feldman was quoted in a Billboard.com article on the lawsuit that the owners of a small Palm Springs, CA venue, The Alibi, filed against Marc Geiger and his company SaveLive, claiming the former WME agent deceived them into accepting an investment in their venue during the COVID-19 pandemic as part of a ruse to take over the business without paying a fair price.
In the article Miles discussed a key component of the agreement Geiger struck with Garo and Tusquellas was that “SaveLive was committed to maintaining the character of the businesses with such existing owners continuing to have control of the operations.”
