September 8, 2021 – Gianluigi Esposito, a partner in Raines Feldman’s corporate practice led the firm’s representation of Trime S.r.l. an Italian manufacturer of lighting towers and generators and Bruno Generators Group, a leading manufacturer of diesel-powered generators, in their acquisition of FTG Equipment Solutions. FTG Equipment Solutions, headquartered in New Castle, Delaware is the exclusive distributor in the United States for Rotair air compressors, TecnoGen generators and Trime light towers.
