About the Program
Many companies have received Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funds, and others are wondering whether they can still apply. With the recent passage of the Flexibility Act, companies have significantly more flexibility with PPP loan proceeds than before. The Program will cover the major changes made by the Flexibility Act and the SBA’s most recent guidance—including more time to use your funds, treatment of paid and incurred expenses, calculation of potential reductions of forgiveness, and safe harbors from forgiveness reduction.
