Stacie R. Smiley has extensive experience in all aspects of transactional real estate. Her practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of all types of real property, including industrial, office, residential, retail and multi-unit housing. She is regularly retained to help guide clients through the entire life cycle of real estate: from acquiring, developing, leasing, managing and ultimately selling the asset. She has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, sale-leasebacks, as well as the day-to-day agreements involved in owning real property.
Prior to working at Raines Feldman Littrell, Stacie worked at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis in the firm’s real estate finance practice group, primarily representing lenders and borrowers in connection with construction and permanent financing. She also previously worked at Reish Reicher, where she regularly represented developers of troubled projects.
Stacie was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2010 and 2011 by Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor earned by only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in Southern California.
