A Raines Feldman team led by Jonathan Littrell, represented Lemurian, Inc. (“Jetty”), a top 10 cannabis brand in its sale to Canopy Growth Corporation, a California-based producer of high-quality cannabis extracts and pioneer of clean vape technology.
The Agreements are structured as two separate option agreements whereby Canopy Growth has a call option to acquire up to 100% of the equity interests in Jetty. Under the agreements, Canopy Growth will make an upfront cash payment in the aggregate amount of $69 million.
