A Raines Feldman team led by Andrew Raines represented Cohen Asset Management, a private real estate firm headquartered in Los Angeles, in the formation of a joint venture with Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. to acquire a newly completed, 862,622-square-foot logistics property at 2600 Miller Road in Buckeye, Arizona for $130M. This deal is one of the highest total prices on record for a greater Phoenix, Arizona industrial property.
The site, which was one of the first speculative builds in Buckeye, was pre-leased to collectibles company Funko during the 2021 construction process.
